People who use the website use a method that is last in, first out. Anyone who uses just a connect command will end up kicking a random person, and there's unfortunately no way to block that.

Plus the "last in" could be a supporter with kick immunity. The last 10 could be, hence someone who has been connected for much longer still gets the boot.
