quick fix is best used on push maps when you have enough momentum after the mid fight to be able to roll through before the enemy can set up a defense, it's incredibly useful if everyone on your team is super aggressive, however on most pubs this isn't the case.

You're not supposed to do anything with it, and when I use it, I flash it to as many people as I can to maximize healing rather than using it for pushes. It's why I often burn it on classes that don't need to push
