What I don't understand is why people are going around inviting random people to groups.

When I made the headline on my profile page "Please don't invite me to groups if I don't know you," it actually stopped a lot of them. Of course I wanted to change it later, and when I did it started right back up again...

yeah, the past week ive gotten 6 or 7 invites, 2 or 3 of them dont even speak english

Then again, it may be the lan party host, who has a bad copy

@Larry: It's always been easy for people to spam-invite people to groups. They seem to do it in waves though; right now is one of the high times (I've gotten 2 or 3 in the last week or so).

There we go. Got my black rose knife, then proceeded to delete Alliance of Valient Arms from my computer, and jump through the extra hoops to make the keystroke logger go away as well. That was so not worth it.

Yea Carpe, the install is the painless part, now to get everything working together when you put all the crap back in, that's the tricky bit... I still can't run Portal 2 on my new Windows 7 system...

Good luck Carpe! I still maintain a Windows XP machine as well as my Windows 7 64bit version. There are just some things that XP is better at.

I've not wiped this computer since I got it. It's really the last resort option I have left to try and get Super MNC to play stable. I've tried literally everything else, even working with the devs to find a solution.

@Flash - not to my knowledge. If you don't do silly things with it, there's no need to wipe and replace the good versions - 2000, XP, 7. Can't speak for the others.
